Yes, but not at first. Find a dark scene and see if you can see something like this over part of the screen. Mine was even worse; I couldn't see anything in void through it 3/4 of the view. If it's there do this:

1- Disable OVRService from Task manager (Services tab)
2- Open Regedit.exe and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software
3- Right click on the Software folder > New > Key and name the new folder "Oculus"
4- Right click on the Oculus folder > New > DWORD 32bit Value and name it UseSpud
5- Set the value to 0
6- Start OVRService again and put on your headset

If you add a dynamic inside collider to your hand for skirt lifting, how do you disable it by default to prevent you from spawning in with the skirt flying into the hand, until you cycle through the gestures to disable it?
It lacks the checkbox in the inspector, that all other things you can disable have. But you can toggle it on and off in animations. So I figured people do it by enabling it in a gesture override, then keep the collider disabled at other times.

Your GPU can handle all the polys VRChat will every throw at it. What causes things to slow down is draw calls.

Draw calls have to be prepared by the CPU then passed on to the GPU, this takes time.

Every different material on your avatar requires a draw call. 10 materials = 10 draw calls.

Even though your GPU can handle all the polys no problem, if there are too many draw calls, it will have to wait to get those from the CPU before rendering the next frame.

I try to keep my avatars below 5 materials, but usually 2 or 3 will suffice.

Now, one avatar with 20 materials isn't hard for your computer to do, if you fill a room with 50 avatars each with 20 materials, suddenly you have 1000 draw calls plus whatever draw calls the map requires plus whatever other shit your CPU is doing and things can get bogged down.

Any modern CPU can easily handle any amount of draw calls that any game or game engine throws at it. Tupper is literally spreading lies due to him being an autistic 2hu faggot. why does the audio from the movie keep bleeding over into the mall? I cant seem to figure this out. the audio radius bubbles are all separate from each other, ive set the volume to good levels, for all intents and purposes it shouldnt be bleeding over. and in fact, bleed from the mall music into the theater isnt bad if any. Import your .pmx model.
Make all the usual stuff. Fix model, fix bones if needed, parent them, all the shit.
Determine what kinds of shaders do you want to use. For example, I only use two: flat lit toon Opaque and flat lit toon Fade.
Determine which materials will need each shader.
Then enter edit mode.
Select the body, go to the materials view.
Select all the transparent materials. This is done through clicking in the material and then in Select.
Once you have all the transparent materiala selected, position your cursor over the 3D view, press spacebar, and search for separate mesh. Click it, and then click "By selection". This will separate all the transparent mesh from the opaque mesh.
Select the first mesh again. Select all the glowing materials and repeat the whole step again. This will separate the glowing mesh from the main mesh. This step is optional.
Now that you have a mesh for each shader type, atlas them by separate.
When you're finished atlasing each mesh(remember to delet the old materials and UVMap, and to rename the atlas uvmap to "UVMap". Do this in all 3 meshes.), join them by pressing "a" while your cursor is over the 3D view abd then Ctrl+j.
Done.
Export model to unity. You will have 3 materials. Apply the right shader to each one.
Done. Have fun sucking virtual dicks.
