Don't use one myself, and honestly, I feel the optimal number of active mic users present is anywhere between one to three at most if it's slightly less talkative ones. After that point people just keep talking over each other and there's not a single moment of peace and quiet for the mutes to keep in with the conversation.

A silent desktopper can't really do much besides being an onlooker and standing there cute. So yes, in that regard VR does help.

To anyone wanting to put dynamic bones on an avatar with those super long style japanese sleeves, use an elasticity of 1 and use the distribution to give the actual elasticity you want on most of the sleeve to all the bones part a point. This makes it so your sleeve doesn't clip through your arm all the fucking time like my Shuten Douji currently does, while still keeping nice movement.
You may need to use exclusions and multiple scripts though so you don't end up giving a whole bone chain max elasticity before you give it to the next 'alligned to the arm' bone you want. It's probably also an FPS tanker so don't do this much.

That's basically the main crux. The Vive is indeed better due to body tracker and easier time setting up a full-room scale experience.
BUT it's not TWICE as good as Oculus.
Oculus has the better controllers and can still do room-scale as long as you know how to set-up your sensors correctly.

Vive full set is like $950 approx compared to Oculus $400.

Here is what I want out of VR:
To be stationary, or maybe standing in place. I have very little room to move. Moving around doesn't sound like that much of a selling point to me anyway.

To be able to play the following in VR: Skyrim and any other first person open world RPGs, Doom/Build engine games if possible, Star Citizen if it ever comes out. Space sim or mech piloting games. Just forcing anything on my steam library into vr/3d. And of course all the cool VR shit that is already out.

I have an Intel i7-5820k 3.3Ghz CPU, 8gig ram, Nvidia GTX980 4gb.

Is any of this not possible?
Will my specs handle most games OK?
Vive or Oculus? (don't want to waste money on features I won't use, but do want best compatibility/library).
Get current model or wait for wireless vive/oculus? will my comp handle the higher resolution on those?

I just hope that season 2 is good. I think a lot of the first season's charm was not knowing exactly what all the characters' had up their sleeves, but now we know. Perhaps proteus is ineffective if you already have the symptoms of what you would recieve, were you to get the proteus. Perhaps there is a possibility for a proteus vaccine. Typically we atlas to control materials that define colors by baking it in (there would be no UV setup or texture so we force paint the color tones by grouping the materials into a point on a texture map and bake), OR when the artist has many separate textures defined as separate materials.

It is wasteful and expensive to no reduce final unity materials lower than the textures or colors-as-materials count. As a final note you will discover later, once everything is atlased, you gain complete control to define new materials/shaders for eyes, hair, skin, clothes, etc. It is great!

make a new material group of the brows in blender. Then define that group with a transparency shader in unity. If you talking about baking the transparency, have it configured in blender to look that way and continue to bake it it should match the alpha. Also rewatch what tupper turns off in the atlas video, its removes of extra rending that will foobar the final bake, you want a shadeless model with the transparency ready to bake as is.
