You guys should really tone down on your alcohol or pregame it. VR being what it is is already messing with your brain so while you might not feel as drunk as you should after 12 beers or 8 shots you really are that drunk. How big are your textures? You can look at the texture resolution of each material and from that figure out how to scale it on the atlas with a guaranteed zero loss of detail. If you do that and it fucks up you might be doing something weird in the bake step, or have a lot of transparent textures you have to treat specially.

That's really easy then. Look at your textures folder to find the biggest texture of the three. Make your atlas double that, so if it's a 1k x 1k texture use a 2k atlas.
Arrange your three meshes in a square, and scale them all to fit in the UV box.
Bake, save, replace your UV map.

You can get creative and move the meshes around to get by with less than a 2x atlas but for troubleshooting this will tell you if it's really a resolution issue or if something else is fucked.
