I can't get KinectToVR to pick up my skeleton. I don't know if my Kinect is even on or not, it blinks green whenever I restart my computer and stops blinking with no light on afterwards. KinectToVR says it's status is a success however. I heard from a friend these Kinects are usb memory bandwidth hogs and that unplugging a sensor sometimes works, so I tried that but it's still not green. I tried moving ports around also but still no dice.

I'm using the 360 Kinect and stand about ~7 feet (2 meters) away from my sensor, I tried both upper chest and croch/lower chest height at around the same distance but nothing.

One of the cooler things about this group photo world, which is actually a pretty cool world, is it has poseable characters for you to play around with. The red girl with the weird lighting in this photo is actually a doll.
It doesn't take very long after this for her to get bent into weird positions.

She's based on my own PSO2 character who I used to love dressing up and taking photos, so that's already a big attachment. The avatar also provided me with lots of opportunities to struggle and learn ripping, frankensteining, atlas/texture editing, weight painting, idle animated parts, making new shape keys... the list goes on the more edits I make for her.

Also after taking several weeks to get the avatar in its first working state, joining my very first meetup knowing no one and running into a certain old friend who recognized the character from our PSO2 days years ago was very heartwarming and made everything worth it.

The pug is kind of a laggy place to begin with, but someone's friends join and have a particle battle which makes things worse.

I like a lot of what you guys do with particles, but having a particle battle with unoptimized avatars when we are trying to fix 60 people into a world is a bad idea that causes problems for people.
It would really be best if we all had highly optimized avatars for these situations, like 1-2 materials, 1 mesh, and sub 15 dynamic bones.

I started it after I finished Double, so probably like late October; but my KR watching group decided we were gonna watch drive next so I held off and then suddenly we stopped, so I finished it up this past month and took a break from kabuto. It was bretty good though. I could definitely tell it was done by the same team as Double. The Chase & Mach fight against Gord Drive made my pp so hard. Also, the long-ass section of specials and films (Sentai crossover, KR 3, and KR 4) are super good and made me watch Faiz.

Plan on finishing Kabuto and probably finish importing this one Mach model from niconico.

1.7 I'm encountering the same issue with these two messages but I found if I spam Reconnect enough I can get both the red dot to appear and a skeleton to appear for at least 4 seconds before it disappears and the red dot turns off.
