Here's what I got so far. Worked on her back hair, made shoes, and created neck with a collar. I've still got to create the rest of the skull because right now it's just a faceplate with no backside or ears.

After I do that it's just detail tweaking to make things higher resolution and then it's off to uv unwrapping and texturing.
