I tried adding a bone to a strand of my hair, and weight painted the hair to the bone. But for some reason when I pose the bone, the bone moves faster than the mesh does, causing the mesh to distort as the bone moves. Why is it doing this?

Did you paint the bone to 1.00 intensity? It has to be colored read not blue, green, or yellow if you want the vertices to move exactly as much as the bone.

Don't worry about if you're worthy of them. You need to remember those anons are people too and surely have their own flaws and weaknesses that may even make them feel they're not worthy of anyone.
Holding onto your repressed feelings out of fear will never get you anywhere in love. As much as you see mostly the good side of the person you have feelings for they too see the good sides of you that you show. I just take whatever equipment it gives and duplicate my ammo only to half as many full loads as the final digit on the clock. The model pmx exporter plugin has a t-pose button on it.
As for full-body, minimum you need to make it work is move the knees forward in Blender's armature edit mode, so the leg isn't straight vertically. The fixes with hip flipping and extra leg bones are an optional convenience like for other models.
