Does anyone have advice for solving stutter/ghosting issues on CV1 Rifts? I never had this issue in the past, but I can't play anything without very blatant double vision when moving my head. Games seem to stutter slightly as well. Done everything from driver changes to using Oculus Tray Tool. This issue is even noticeable in the home menu. I am unsure of what to do.

Tl;dr - lower NiMH voltage makes the controllers think the battery is lower than it really is.

I would bet that 50% of the people who can follow one of our tutorials and do even basic lasso mesh edits and some tweaking of existing models could do one from scratch given enough time, but it's a huge waste of time when you want to fit the aesthetic of your peers and base faces from other modelers are so readily available. Doing a basic texture edit is a must, though, at least, imho.
If you know enough to jam two models together & add some accessories through blender, and you've participated in themed events and upload it to vrchat, you are already better than 75% of people who regularly play the game and there are people who practically live in vrc.
Our group is unique in that most of us are pretty skilled or become skilled quickly. Many of us just don't have the time to mesh out a full custom.

But in reality, no. They have to run longer and much, much harder to heat your space.
Especially not old ones. They don't have fans to circulate the air, aluminum ones are terrible and their ability to measure ambient air temps is imperfect.
With a mining rig, fanless gpus and a single dc box fan will constantly pump out 90deg c at about 300w for every three cards and earn me money once they ramp up.
the heat is nicer, the speed at which my house warms up is way faster, and the heat is everywhere and distributed. I've had to open windows, yes, it needs to be managed, but I have the hydro bills to prove it.
Because the heaters are not clicking on and off I'm never cold, ever. the usage rates are identical day and night and never change based on the weather.
In the end the cost was 1/3rd on hydro alone, and was a net profit of about 4k over the winter season.
