The theme of /trash/ is degeneracy and while that's what a lot of people use VR for (VRChat mostly), it's not what they want to be the focus of their community. And it isn't. While I have no doubt in my mind you're already formulating a cynical greentext response to this trying to make it seem like it is, it really isn't. When the assimp library fixes its implementation of visemes. They're already supported by the Neos engine but without assimp working correctly there's just no way to import the models with visemes attached. The developer is working on it as a priority so I expect it sometime soonish.

Ahhh this is what you meant. This is actually why I like SoG more. No ghosting of hand location. In SoG the blade hits the mesh and slides of to follow your real hand location as much as possible.

I fucking hate how much immersion breaks when I can feel with my proprioception that my real hand location is not where the in VR hand location is. I HATE IT

SoG is clearly supposed to be a fast paced parry/dodge/dash hack and slash.
It's just the first game with accurate weapon hit boxes and Souls-like MH-like enemyies so you have to be exact with your slashes and parries and the enemy attack animations and speed make them actually dangerous.
I just wish they had more variety in enemies and locations.
It's still fun due to the difficulty ramp of stacking enemies and trying to complete the levels without taking damage or with a specific weapon.
BoS has all the challenge of being let loose in a meat refrigerator unfortunately.
