The controllers are fine. The tracking seems like the only real downside on the Odyssey+ since it fixes all of the other complaints I had with my WMR headset. WMR tracking is decent, everything was playable even if I had some minor issues occasionally.

How are you even supposed to throw grenades in Pavlov? In reality they have some weight to them so you can lob them pretty confidently and get some good distance. Meanwhile in Pavlov I throw it at a window and it hits too low or too high and I blow myself up.

Hey all,
I'm pretty new to VR chat and in fact even just got an Oculus Rift and still haven't figured out all the controls after transitioning from desktop user. I was hanging out in the room of the rain and just finished discussing the avatar i was using and sharing it with somebody and then somebody started saying i should probably start a VR chat account instead and before I could even finish the conversation with them as to why. He mentioned something about people hate steam users? I couldn't get a reason for this as I was quickly kicked out of the room?? (so 7+ people voted to kick me) over what I assume to be just because I logged in via Steam?? i couldn't return to the room as I was banned. And no my avatar wasn't the reason or my microphone so I assume it was just that??

Can anybody explain to me why this happened and as to why this Steam hatred exists? From what I understand lots of people come on to this game to avoid such things things and to help feel accepted and interact with people and to get kicked out, rejected and discriminated against for such asinine reasons is ridiculous. Am I wrong? I hung out with others in another room and made lots of friends in the park (for never have i never, etc..)

The real problem with streamers/tubers is the band of jesters they tote around with them wherever they go. They always come into a world and about 12 people follow them and they all act extremely obnoxious, often to try to setup skits or forced content situations so the streamer can get their daily 20 minutes of clips for their next video.

Beatsaber anons we should be good to go now. If I hadn't gotten frustrated last time we might have been able to play as MP is in fact working just fine. The only issue is that custom avatars hasn't been updated on mod assistant as being compatible with 1.5 so you need to install the mod manually.
So the steps are to run your updated game once. Then run modassistant for 1.5 and grab everything including mapping extensions. Next, get the MP mod from https://github.com/superrob/BeatSaberMultiplayer/releases and merge. Finally, find the custom avatars mod from https://beatmods.com/uploads/5d75ebe8be34f5432f209f20/universal/Custom%20Avatars-4.7.6.zip and merge that as well and run ipa.exe.
It's more steps than what I'd like but it works. If you want a single zip of stuff to install like what other anons do I can put that together, just let me know.

The mod zombies are repetitive earrape. The new official zombies are much batter animated/gibbed, but the fact that it limits you to a small hospital with a couple rooms gets boring as fuck really quick. Not to mention the zombie pathing is trash.
