Found your problem right here. VRChat requires high single core performance. You can push off the upgrade a bit by overclocking the shit out of that thing but you should start looking for an upgrade.

An overclocked Ryzen 1200 can beat that fuck over 50%.

Have yet to get into VR, but am just about ready to. I don't know much about VR in general so I was just going to get the Rift S, but I've been seeing mixed things about it. Most reviews seem fairly positive with a few minor nitpicks on stuff that differs from another Oculus headset, like the internal tracking sensors on both it and the Quest, the built-in audio, and even the colors in the display. I even have a friend that swears by the original Rift. Should I just go ahead and get the Rift S or should I weigh the other options?

Rift S at this point is probably the best in terms of cost vs performance.
You'd need to add on a fair amount if you ever look into adding on Full Body Tracking (being able to track your hips and legs) since that uses the tracking systems of Vive and Index, and also merging those system brings their own set of headaches. But otherwise you'll get a solid headset all around.

Index edges out in terms of total quality, but at a higher cost to you.

I'm trying to make a Nemissa avatar that I snagged off of Deviantart with the creator's permission. I imported it into Blender using the CATS plugin, and now I have it, but it's not colored, the bones(???) look weird, and I have no idea how to progress. I don't know how to use Blender at all but I also don't have the money to commission my own avatar. When I get shown video guides, it's like my eyes cross and smoke comes out of my ears, I just can't learn from them no matter how slow or retard-proof they are.

I brought up oc'd Ryzen 1200 because you can get an used 16GB mobo+cpu+ram set under $150 with that and beat the pants off your current one in terms of VR performance. All the while allowing for upgrades to newer Ryzens whenever you feel the need.

Probably bets to just go with Ryzen 3600 and whatever motherboard it works out of the box with. It's close to $200 more expensive though

I was running pic related as a joke few weeks back and could play VRChat and Pavlov decently. I felt like the biggest problem was memory running out.

If I had 16GB memory, K model CPU oc'd to the limit and a motherboard supporting overclocking it would've been pretty decent budget setup.

Odyssey+ is also an option for absolutely cheapest somewhat quality headset. Not as good as Rift S though but worth considering if you get a good deal on it.

Index is overall very high quality but the controllers aren't all that they were hyped to be and it's very expensive comparatively.

Does the Oculus Quest take less CPU power from your PC when plugged in with a link cable?

I read that it has two CPUs and one is dedicated to handling the tracking while the other deals with the actual games, so would it be possible that it handling the tracking with the headset's dedicated CPU will help performance when playing with the link cable?

So I got the multiplayer and avatar stuff working for beatsaber, but when I use beatdrop to add a playlist I can't seem to find it ingame.
All the songs can be found in custom levels but when I go to playlists it just says I've got no favourites.

40mm fantasy grenades that are all sticky, and with 3 variants for proximity, timed, and remote mine function would've taken this retard 10 minutes to implement with a re-skin and new detonator model, and he'll never do it because he has no understanding of game design.

Literally any of the major guns people have been begging for would've been great. The mk23 socom, the welrod, the ASP, or something crazy like a crossbow/spear gun/any kind of projectile fun gun would've been great.

Make sure your ipd is set correctly. I actually have no issues with the sweetspot; it was at least an improvement over cv1's for me. How are you angling your headset? One thing I've noticed is that on certain faces it likes to angle upwards, which does kill the sweetspot

The only thing I don’t like about Pavlov’s reloading is how hard it is to grab ammo from your pouch. Once it’s in hand the reloading is great but sometime I just can’t get that shit off my belt, I’ve noticed it especially when crouching.

Anyone else playing flat games with "Virtual Desktop"?
I get horrible fps drops to like 15 in RDR2, whereas afterburner shows it's 50. So I think it's program's fault.

I've had issues with this too. I've grabbed my knife trying to get a magazine at least 10 times in the past few days. Another issue I have is when I'm having a lag spike it can take half a minute of fiddling with the magazine before it goes in the damn gun, which is annoying as shit, especially when the rest of your team is dead and watching you sit in a corner doing nothing like a retard.
Other than making fantastic use of haptics, though (at least on the index), Boneworks' guns feel worse than Pavlov's for me. Having a dedicated button for the mag release is such a small thing but I feel it makes a big difference

Handled guns IRL so dropping mags onto the ground seems like a terrible idea so I've always reached to the mag, released mag from gun, grab the mag, put it away, and then get a new one to put in.
