Unironically go read the /fit/ sticky. You're probably in general just not in good enough condition for those harder maps. Start lifting weights and supplementing cardio.
If you're willing to try a supplement take creatine before playing, it helps to give the energy needed for the more intense maps.
Finally, experiment with playstyles so you can be more efficient in your movements. Try to lead swings into eachother so you aren't wasting energy. If all else fails rely more on wrist motion, though I don't find that as fun personally.

The scoresaber E+ endurance meta is all about not moving your arms and only flicking the tips of the saber through all the notes, for better or worse. It takes a lot of practice to change your form like that. What I found is that I first got a drop in scores/accuracy because my wrists weren't as accurate compared to my arms, but over time, I've regained the accuracy and gotten better scores since wrist flicking gets you the bigger arcs that beat saber scoring rewards.

Also if you haven't messed with it yet, make sure you're using the recommended saber angles from the pastebin, it helps a lot on scores, since the default saber angle makes it impossible to get full scores for floor notes.

One of the reasons is that there's some many extra variables that differ between clients. Steam VR with a vive vs Oculus vs Steam VR on top of Oculus all have different feel for the weapon handling. Oculus vs Steam VR + Oculus is a massive difference where the former is snappy and responsive but the latter has so much smoothing that your weapons are incredibly easy to keep steady, I don't know of any other FPS that does this as much. Vstock vs non Vstock recoil doesn't effect the gun in the same way. High ping means clientside effects like being slowed when shot take longer to effect you. Who the fuck knows how flashbangs work and why they still self-flash around corners even on low ping. Then I'm convinced, after similarly long playtime, that rarely the netcode will just shit the bed for you after map change for no reason until you reconnect.
