Does it have eyebones? Simply create eyetracking in the CATS plugin. If it doesn't have eyebones you will have to create them yourself and weight the entire iris part of your eyes (I assume it's an anime model) to the new bones, then find the pivot point in your head so that they don't move into the eyewhite. The 4 shapekeys at the top of your list are reserved for eyetracking and need a very specific naming convention, you also can not use an upper chest bone if you want eyetracking to work.

Once all that is done, simply reimport into Unity and assign the left and right eye in the rig setup.

Rift S or quest 2 is the most cheap solution, but what they don't tell you is that even if it cost less, you pay with something else rather than money.
If you get vive or index is easier to set up FBT, vive is quite expensive for what it offers, the controllers are shit (the only good thing is that the controllers can be held with both hands, they are ambidextrous) and their RMA sucks ass, and index is the most expensive one but is the best of the market, the only issue is probelm with controllers, cables, etc, but the RMA is excellent if you live in any non 3rd world country

Index is the best complete package an the best for full body, parts break or need replacing but rma will take care of it eventually, has the disadvantage of low stock and high cost and isn't the absolute best in every category anymore.

G2 isn't out yet, but has probably the best image quality, probably not the best controllers and something between acceptable and decent tracking, a little cheaper than the index.

The quest 2 might as well replace the rift and has a surprisingly good display, marred by the fact that it doesn't connect to pc quite the same way as the others and will have some compression or latency depending on the way you connect to your pc, obviously you can use it standalone. Has an obvious problem of battery life and being connected to facebook, but very good quality for how much you pay for, hits above it's weight class.

The rest probably aren't good enough to compete with any of these, but there are other options if you for example want something cheap and just absolutely hate facebook.
