I spent all of 2020 working on trying to involve other people in things, rather than expecting them to involve me, but just got hundreds of rejections. In the rare moments I actually caught them, they'd greet me then immediately go to their main group.

I spent months helping someone with a model, but they didn't seem interested in communicating at all once we'd finished with that. I suggested a game to someone, they said they weren't interested, then bought it a few days later because someone else suggested it. I helped a few people with problems they were having but it was a case of as soon as the conversation is over they have no need to speak to me again. I tried simply regularly messaging a few people but it became obviously onesided after a while and as soon as I stopped they never sent me another message.

Bayonet is knife damage except with the length of the gun added to your reach, which is further than most melee enemies and even lets you hit spawns on the ground while sprinting. Takes 1-2% durability damage to the SKS when it hits an enemy, just make sure to take a break and scrub it with the cleaning rod and paper before it gets down into yellow durability. It's essentially unlimited melee kills and no bill if you're diligent about cleaning.

And when you want to shoot, the SKS can take 30 round 7.62x39 mags, the only thing you lose from the AKM is full auto and the possibility of a silencer or kobra red dot.

Specifically over the last year and a half? Alyx, Boneworks, Saints & Sinners, and Pistol Whip. Squadrons too if you're interested in space dogfighting and Star Wars physics don't bother you. Blade and Sorcery also got some updates and Until You Fall got out of early access, so those might be worth another look if you'd passed on them before.
I've also heard really good things about Project Wingman, but haven't picked it up yet, and Asgard's Wrath is supposed to be pretty good as far as Rift exclusives go.

Lots of new features for AV3, including:
- Parameter persistence! Save your avatar parameters when you switch between avatars, load a new world, or close and re-open VRChat.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: By default, all parameters are saved on all "legacy" Avatars 3.0 avatars. That means that all AV3 avatars will have this ability from launch!
- Added the bool parameter type!
- A change to the parameter system that means depending on what parameter types you use, you can have up to 128 synced parameters!

Udon and Udon Graph
- You can now set the Interaction Text and Proximity on UdonBehaviors without switching to Debug mode
- Update order can now be set for each program

The problem I've found with other udon beatsaber maps is that they don't have a good grip feature or a good song selection. We use the same prefab, but the other anon working on it wrote an udon script that locks the sabers to your hands so you don't have to squeeze your controllers. Possibly going to add more features too.

well first of all, the local score is actually synced with the rest of the world, even if it looks like they're missing all the notes on your end. One problem with the ik is that the script the other anon wrote had a small error in it that shows the angle wrong for other people in the room, which is most likely easy to fix.

The scoring being accurate is difficult, the root of the problem with that is that the hitbox detection, individual cut scores, and whatever other discreet mechanics of the physics is different in the vrchat prefab, making it a lot harder to actually hit all the notes accurately. It may be possible to add stuff like the combo modifier and letter ranks, but it will probably never be actually accurate. Will maybe look more into it.
