Pretty new VR game that came out on steam.
Slash monsters, get better weapon, use XP points on basic stat improvements, etc.
It's got neat movement options and the combat gets pretty cool after an hour or so (it takes that long for the difficulty to ramp up) but I don't see myself playing it for more than 10 hours.
Check it out on steam, it's a game, you can play it for one hour and 59 minutes at least.

Just finished this one and it's exactly 256 tris as well so ask away if you want.
Only advice I can immediately think of is just to finish your modelling first, then do textures and make sure that the important parts (like the face) get more space on the UV. Can mirror parts of the mesh to save more UV space.

There are movie and anime nights on a regular basis. I think that it's a fun way to watch stuff with friends, but because of the limited sweet spot+resolution it sucks compared to using a real TV. I do however like watching 3D movies in VR as I skipped the 3DTV meme. VRChat, Bigscreen, and on your own DeoVR are all good options for doing so.

If you don't have a nice TV, a big VR screen can actually be nicer than squinting at a tiny irl screen. Plus you can do the physically difficult thing of laying down and having a giant screen above you. Comfort varies however. So question about vr chat mods, I know dumb shit like teleporting around and clipping through shit will get your ass banned, but how "safe" are other mods that do behind the scenes things?
I saw the IKtweaks that helps with FBT, the dynamic bones mod, etc. I mean these changes won't be noticeable like teleporting and flying around, but aren't those things still "picked up" by the vr chat client? like the client itself can know you have these changes on your avatar, no? since it's affecting the way your skeleton is working or whatever the fuck? I also saw a mod that points with lines to where other players are in a world (handy as fuck when I load into a friends+ world that's fuckhuge and I have 0 idea where anyone is. This would help me find the crowd quickly) I want to improve my experience overall with general quality of life mods, I have no interest in all the flying around shit, but I also don't want to lose my account?

the lines mod is all local graphics. The riskier mods use the api, but even then as long as they aren't actively malicious or obvious to other players it's unlikely you'll be banned for them; vrchat primarily relies on other players to report you, so if you're not annoying them you're good.

This controller allows you to switch between locomotion animations and "floating" for FBT. Note that it requires the new SDK.

If you're upgrading from a previous version you need to change the type of the "WalkDisabled" param to bool in the param file of each new avatar you set this up on and this should just werk. Changes include instantly toggling your loco while moving, and switching to a bool parameter to save parameter bits.

If you haven't used a previous version of the controller, to set it up you need to:
- Drag and drop this controller into the "Base" layer in your 3.0 avatar controller
- DISABLE "Force locomotion animations for 6 point tracking" in your avatar controller!
- Add a parameter called "WalkDisabled" to your param file with type Bool
- Set up a toggle on your avatar menu for that parameter

I've played it for three hours now and I think that it's pretty fun. My main gripe is that there isn't much variety for a roguelike though, I've already seen everything that the game has to offer. Right now I'm just trying to unlock everything before likely putting it down. It'll be worth it on sale as it's otherwise a polished title.
