There are hardly any actual VR games, because VR hasn't yet had that one paradigm shifting game that will reinvent the medium and actually bring VR to a place where it's more than "a normal game, but you're in REAL first person...!" (which is actually a pretty shitty idea, even with ideal implementation).
Alyx was the first VR game to really commit and go whole hog, from a studio with the expertise and funds to completely flesh it out, but it still was kinda meh.
Current VR is not good at "run, shoot, high paced adrenaline action", so there've gotta be other things tried.
Which is all to say that "No, there aren't any actual VR video games." so "No, there aren't any Police VR video games"

I'm playing through Enderal SE right now with the Enderal VR patch. It's a really nifty total conversion with tight Gothic-esque world design and its own mechanics. I'm playing a phasmalist right now and can harvest souls to turn them into companions among other things. I use a lot of graphic overhauls and replacers for it to give it an entirely unique set of creatures rather than just reusing the Skyrim ones as well. I use a few addons like Myths and Legends VI and Riversville Catacombs for extra content.
