Not much that is high quality outside of some ports. Alyx is the best overall option as the base game is good and has a lot of modded campaigns that can keep you busy. Check out Return to Rapture and Gunman Contracts. Boneworks and H3VR are OK but are flat tech demos. Pirate them before buying. The rest of your options are just ports of flat games. Resident Evil 4 VR is as good and probably better than Alyx in several regards, but it can't be played on an Index. Arcane Dimensions in Quakespasm VR is one of the best FPS experiences you can get if you are willing to play an older game.

Into the Radius is PVE, but that depends if you like slow exploration/loot shooters. It's not fast paced.

But if you want fast paced (which will be hell on your newbie stomach but whatever) almost all the classic boomer shooters with a source port have a solid VR version. Doom, Quake, Half Life, Serious Sam etc. If you enjoy those games, VR is a good excuse to go back and play the ones you might have skipped. Doom by itself probably has more content in 30 year of WADs than you could ever finish.
