Before and after pypy I semi-randomly (was searching for the night of fire shitpost) found a lot of resources related to ParaPara (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Para_Para). Kinda considering starting a vr parapara circle, which would imply:

So far from all the events I've made and organized there are four(4) main types of events.
1) Show up and chill (Usually themed avatars with a focus on chatting)
2) Contribution/Creation (Tanabata or Christmas Gifts)
3) Talent/Game/Contests shows (There is something to be won and is a bit competitive)
4) Dance/DJ events (Music is provided, a subset of Show up and chill)

Each having different level of difficulty to organize. What type are you planning on making? Might even be outside these 4 main types

I think they began the performance at the old scheduled time anyway so I don't understand what the unnecessary confusion was about with starting the instance an hour early and posting on the thread an hour early. Most events I've been to has the creators mark in it and that should be fine. Onion has his marshmallow guy face, Zak and Mona has a signature of theirs in the map, Duz in a way is the weirdly unique art style he has, Krial and Bern has posters of theirs in the map somewhere too, etc...

As long as it's not super overt and totally obfuscates the actual main point of the event then that's the problem. Creators want a piece of themselves in the art they create, this is natural.
A simple signature in the corner of a map somewhere is no problem at all.

Good Doggo (NA) and UnderwaterRayromano (EU) can vouch for me here that I did ask. And there are archives in the thread where I also asked.
From the thread, NA is a tough one to schedule for due to the East and West Coast dynamic. If you schedule it too early, the East is compromised. If you schedule it too late the West is compromised.
When we made the Christmas one separate USW and USE people complained that the latter becomes deader as people already had their fill on the first one.

the most common configuration for 3 trackers (or 6 point tracking) is feet and hip.
After that, the most common setup with 8 trackert (or 11 point tracking) is feet, hip or chest, elbows and knees.

I've read a lot of articles on 11 point tracking and seen a couple of videos and when we talk about "immersion" the biggest jump in immersion is from 3 point (headset and controllers) to 6 point (+ tracked feet and hips).
Adding knees and elbows is nice, but won't give you that big of a boost in immersion, as the initial one.
Also keep in mind that, the more tracker you use, the more your avatar needs to have your proportions in order to feel "natural".
This already happens with only 3 additional trackers with certain characters.
tl;dr the more trackers you use, the more you will notice wrong proportions
