afaik psvr2 games tend to be very demo-ey. For example, PC has Project Wingman with full story in VR, PS5 only has a handful of 'special missions' in AC7 VR. PC has every racing sim you can think of, PS5 only has some demo scenes to drive around alone in PSVR. PS5 has no Into the Radius, no Blade and Sorcery, no Pavlov, none of big and widely appreciated titles.

2ndly the PS5 by it's self has NO GAMES, everything you can still play on the PS4. Snoy has been unloading IPs on to steam recently so it's pretty safe to say all IPs they release ExCluSiVeLy on PSVR2 will end up on steam. I’ve had a PS5 for 15months and have played 1 game that I couldn’t just play on steam or my PS4. The only game I’m interested in from snoy is Horizon Call of the Mountain.

Here's a tip, you can still get a refund slightly past the 2 hour limit simply by asking for one. Don't use the automated system or it will autoreject you, instead when at the screen with refund, troubleshooting and other options, choose the 'other' and manually submit a ticket asking for the game to be refunded to your steam wallet (they prefer wallet refunds).
If you're worried it can't hurt to also lay it on by claiming you went over the refund time because you were struggling to find a fix for persistent crashes or VR ruining performance issues.

Nearly no games you can't already play on PC or even a Quest and fewer games than I played in the past year. Factor in the fact that not all of those games will interest any one person, and I'd agree with that anon that it barely has any games. If I didn't already have VR, I'm not sure what the rush would be to go get a PSVR2 at launch for the couple of exclusives it has over PC or Quest.

There's some chink one on booth but it has the problem of making all your toggles be parameter off = mesh off so when you spawn in and unity takes the frame time to trigger all the animations from the default state into the animated state, you are completely naked. If the game hitches when you load in because it's a crowded instance for example, that can be several seconds of naked model appearing in spawn.

If you have two different displays you can adjust their position. Not everyone's eyes are the same distance apart so if the lenses and screens are fixed in place the headset's focal point might be in the wrong spot for your eyes. They have some software ipd adjustment but it's not as good.

There are other issues that make social VR difficult for me. I was pushing past them before. Now I just can't get up the motivation to do so again. I'm not really social, just excited about the medium, or was. Learning the systems and making things. If I can't maintain that excitement outside the game to fuel my creative (hah) journey then it just feels pointless.

exactly that is the thing about any IMU based trackers (basically any stationless solution so far).
It is not about accuracy, it is about the trackers not being able to tell the "position" in 3D space.
They only estimate it, based on rotation and movement vectors.

Imagine walking around blind and estimating your position in a room, based on the steps you took. The turn around, and estimate where the position is you were at the beginning, then walk back.
You might have found out that you are not standing at the exact same location. Could be only a few cm off, could be a whole meter off. That is essentiall what IMU based tracking does: It does not know the room, it just estimates how fast and in which direktion a tracker is moving.
With stations you do have information about the 3D space. You actually know where the tracker is in 3D space and therefor will have no (or only wery few) drifting issues. Those are mostly introduced because of obscuring the tracker.
