Doesn't the game have a similar bullet lighter to Metro? Imagery like that can cause legal problems. The word metro could be a problem too otherwise I don't actually think it's infringed on any assets. It's just the legal team at a publisher throwing their weight around because they can.

These things can get very expensive, better to just change a bunch of assets to be safe. I'd go the whole hog and switch the setting and voices to Poland just to be safe.
It's sometimes just not worth the legal cost even if you win. For example the devs of the flat RTS Sins of a Solar Empire nearly went bankrupt when Rebellion Developments, the Sniper Elite dev/publisher spent years attacking them for naming their expansion pack Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion.

I'm not even sure what those image tutorials are for, can probably be removed. The CATS overview video from Tupper is almost 6 years old, can probably be removed. The baking tutorial is almost 7 years old, if you know how to atlas you know how to bake anyway. The overwrite emotes in animations video is nearly 6 years old and outdated. The adding clothes with PMX editor can be completely removed, there is not a single person doing that shit. The importing MMD dances video is extremely outdated using SDK shit from 2017. Not sure if the xps importing tutorial is needed since CATS imports xps files. Dynamic bone settings can be removed, no one is using that anymore. Replacing it with Physbone settings would be good. Fixes for FBT can be removed, not needed anymore.

The Quest Pro's microphone is good, it's the same price as the Index, you can block Facebook easily, and it comes with face blinders in the box. Normally I would recommend an Index instead especially for VRC, but you mentioned that you can't get lighthouses right now so a Quest 2 is one of the better alternatives right now.

i moved my vrc install to a new harddrive and verified game file integrity, and then redirected my cache folder to the same location to help save space

I spend more time with friends outside of vrg (that I met because of vrg) these days. It really fell off.

I do wish for a time we can all be green to know where each other are again.
There is the musings of a compromise "Yellow" status.
Yellow status would be like orange where we know what instance someone is but have to ask to join them unless there is another friend who is green in that instance already.

The benefit being we would know where the big congregation instances are and where our friends are the most whiteout compromising on the ability to choose who to join on us.

I have a little over 200 friends, most inside vrg but also some outside. Having 2000 people friended is a sign that you either hit "Accept" on every incoming requests, or friend people who you speak to for maybe 10 seconds.
