It's not that bad. I tried the svd in the beta and it's pretty much worse than the deagle. You get a worse scope so it's worse at long range, and it sucks at short range since the red dot was just not zeroed right. I think the rifle with a red dot might be useful since it brings the target acquisition time down.

They need to give you more ability to customize gun angle relative to the controller angle, but yea, game is fun and I really like Rush with it's pure objective focus vs the deathmatch style of Pavlov, as well as the actual emphasis on teamplay with the different classes even if Recon needs some fucking love.

I tried using OSC debugger in avatar 3.0 emulator for FT work purposes, and only two (2) of my gorillion OSC parameters are shown in the debug overlay when I start the server and try to connect it to my setup. Is this a bug on my side, or is there something specific I have to do in order to make it behave exactly like VRC does?

Hi friends, trying to get some help with adding some ears to my avatar.

Recently got some elf ears and have been effectively relearning Unity after not touching it for literal years, ive been trying to add it to the avatar that will stay persistent, only for some reason the ears appear to stay above the head in the air.

the ears i bought (AKAEL ELF'S EAR from EDEN Oasis) didnt come with any instructions. Am i possibly putting the ears in the wrong area?

also want to add: just like with pavlov's built in stock, I've been experimenting with having my right controller on my left shoulder blade, this ensures in both games I win pretty much every 1v1 firefight I find myself in, had a little bit of trouble grabbing my defibs time to time but its just because my hans are super sweaty and I probably have some sticky settings enabled on my index controllers. but if you're talking about physical irl stocks, forget it, they're completly utterly 100% useless. Do what I suggested: Right controller on left shoulder, and it does pretty much miracle wonders. Gunstocks are only good in games where you don't have any important utilities and sidearms don't matter. Forefront is heavy on belt and shoulder equips, switching to sidearm is important and the game itself doesn't have any gunstock calibration option.

Quest Pro. It's not perfect, but you'll struggle to find a decent alternative that isn't some obscure jankware.

Don't fall for the IMU meme, get 3.0's and 2-3 base stations. Also get an extra one to attach to your headset. If you are giga rich and want to immerse max you can do some shit like 11-point tracking but honestly 6-point is generally good enough. Just your elbows, knees and spine may be a little off.
>hand tracking (no controllers)
Gloves are generally quite shit, and quest pro's hand tracking is honestly pretty shit because you have a VERY small degree of freedom (you have to have your hands in front of you at all times basically). Index controllers are regrettably after almost a decade still the goat.
