What is this?
A celebration of anon’s varied groups and activities.
For one day /vrg/ turns into a full blown school festival, with rooms, booths, attractions and little corners of chaos all hosted by the different groups and friend circles around the community.

Come wander the grounds and visit what anons have cooked up.
Games, exhibits, hangouts, performances, themed rooms, comfy spots, weird ideas, good ideas, dumb ideas made real.
The whole point is to let every part of /vrg/ show its face and make something fun for everyone else to enjoy.

If you’ve ever wanted to host something, decorate a room, run a booth, make a club attraction, show off your group’s gimmick or just contribute to the general festival atmosphere, this is the event for it.
Big or tiny projects, polished or scuffed projects, they all have a place in a school festival.

This is both a social event and a showcase.
A chance to see what all the different corners of /vrg/ are up to, meet people you don’t normally bump into and enjoy an entire map full of anon-made activities all in one place.

Specially if you are currently or have hosted weekly/monthly/occasional events before and currently!
COME AND SHILL, Grow your club, Entice another anon to try what you love doing!

I will distribute 3 template types:
1) Classroom (2x1, 3x1, 2x2, 3x2, 4x2, 7x1 sizes)
2) Outside Booth (more freeform size)
3) Gymnasium (single toggle)
You'll be free to decorate within these templates

I've made my adventure world public now. In 40 wizzard chaos, everyone only got to experience small part of it. You can replay it and solve all puzzles and beat bosses, I think 3-6 player party is the best.

Alright, my adventures in Exfil Zone PvE continue, and I've come to the conclusion that once you're on a map that's more dense then Dams, suppressed weapons are no longer optional. I was able to fight my way through the mall despite getting jump scared by not!Killa rounding a corner on me and while I blew through all 300ish rounds I carry minus some dregs left in mags for my 5.45 AK and killed a fucking army of the moderately geared scavs, I got all the missions for it done and now am back to much more chill stuff that has me going around the outdoors again instead of being stuck inside while patrols of scavs spawn all around me. Suppressors seem to fuck with the enemy AI enough that they don't all know exactly where you are the moment you open fire, and also seems to have a delay on them noticing you if you've changed angles. The quest descriptions are ping ponging between very helpful and not helpful at all, which is annoying to have to pull up Google between rounds sometimes, but overall, it's a lot of fun and really scratches the itch akin to ITR1 for me with loot goblin'ing and hectic firefights, though no story and no horror-ish elements is traded for a much longer playtime

Maybe it really does, Idk, but I just know that I'm from NA, and I have heard from at least 3 people in-game over the past year or so(?) that have brought up topics related to turn-out for actual non-vrchat VR games and also even some VRC events having bad turnout from those that host them.

So maybe there are some anons from other timezones that comment stupid inaccurate things about NA that they don't know about, but I do think there is some legit cause for concern as an actual NA'er.

That all being said turn-out for this event tonight was great (not just in terms of number of people in the instance but amount of people that actually participated in the costume theme), hopefully love to see more of that kind of turn-out in the future.

I logged off because I was starving and it was making me moody. I decided to make some quick burritos: half beef/half pork mince cooked with some seasoning added and then like 1/4th of a taco bell branded seasoning mix added, then a cup of white rice, put into high-fiber low-carb flour tortillas with cheese and tomatos, then put on a baking sheet fold down with pam and baked for 6 minutes to give the tortillas a bit of crunch and a sealed seam, taco bell style. I'm still figuring them out too. Feels a lot like I'm just guessing most of the time but the sound of their buzzing comes from the activation zone so you can pinpoint it that way. The blue sparks on the ground are safe to walk over but the small area where the buzzing is coming from will set off the whole thing. Most recent update made throwing probes into them actually activate them so you can potentially feel out where the avenues between them are. Hard to tell exactly how big the activation zone is though. In itr1 I basically never used probes even around the electric anomalies once I had learned their maximum size. It'll just take some learning.

It can be useful on rush defence if you verbally call out flanks and direct your teammates while watching for beacons/snipers to zap. Most people don't seem to notice the markers otherwise. There have been, they all failed terribly.

I remember when Zenith first came out and a ton of people here played it and liked it in the first few hours before realizing it was a buggy mess.
The developers I guess also realized this shit sucked so they completely changed the game and made it not an MMO, before eventually resigning it to abandonware fate.

There was also OrbusVR which was even worse than Zenith.
I just don't think MMORPG gameplay really lends itself well to VR at all.

Only took me 3 hours, 1 of which was reinstalling the sdks and recording voice lines but we managed. It's surprisingly not that hard. Fixed up the colliders a little bit and did something about the health being really high and it never showing any aggression but if the fix doesn't work there's nothing else I can do.
