I've fixed mine up with nuking existing physbones, adding more basic setup, and then slapping constraints on it. Front top skirt bone constrained 50/50 to left and right upper leg, front-sides and sides constrained to their respective legs with a specific percentage. Not the most amazing setup, but works well enough.

For the event I've made a "boredom club" room to group all the activities I host (Boredom tea, YosaVR, Volleyball, Mahjong, Monthly boardgames)

1. If we have our own asmdef file for UdonChips, should we distribute this one? Or do we have to also fork UdonChips, add it then specify that fork as a dependency on vpm?
2. Is migrating to VPM even worth considering? Referencing both pool table repos that I found, they seem to have different structures, and don't even integrate with VCC.
Currently, the internal repo just has 3 folders on the root, all of which should be put under Assets.

Just played banjo kazooie VR, rayrod-tv on github

The head rotation was broken but diorama mode is really cool, everything looks tiny like moss. The 3D effect is really impressive because it's close enough to that 6 foot focal point. But there's jank. The normal 3rd person works perfectly.

I'm kind of let down though. I realize n64 games have a lot of automatic camera logic programmed in and orientations can get weird. It's definitely not for sicklets. Maybe the camera can be tweaked because they have the source code though

I couldn't get starfox 64 to work, it's just black screen. No one reports the same issue on github so I'm just fucked I guess

1. What did you change in the asmdef for? if you didn't change the UdonChips public interface you could probably just specify vanilla udonchips as a VPM dependency. If you did change a lot of it, you could either publish your fork and depend on it or just vendor udonchips into your package.
2. I think it is; even if a little weird at first unity packages are nice for isolation and publishing updates people can easily updoot to. With https://github.com/vrchat-community/template-package it also produces a unitypackage version for people to download on every build, so current users can keep doing what they're doing. It also has a migrator script you can use, which essentially just moves your assets/ folders under packages/some.package/ . overall doing a package instead of a unitypackage that unzips to Assets/ is pretty minimal; you write the package.json and you have to make some asmdefs (instead of of relying on the implicit global one), but otherwise it's the same as an Assets subfolder.

That’s actually quite smart. Yeah the absolute amount of texture and material and mesh count was massive. I shit you not my PC took 2 hrs to do a single build and upload. The iteration time to test is attrocious at that point, opening the project was insane too. Even with all my optimization tricks the world was still heavy.
