This is because there is no individual that the entire community trusts enough to hand them that kind of authority over membership and instance administration.

Therefore the in-game groups feature is generally just used by smaller circles of friends.

Best tactic I found was flying way up into the air, seeing something on the ARAD and then scanning with the TGP until I find it. Fastest way is to get locked and look for the smoke plume of the missile coming towards me, snapping the TGP to head mode to quickly point it at the target, and slapping GPS send to save the rough location, dodging the missile, then doing the first tactic to find the exact location. Surely there's a better way.

- If your phone isn't on the ARCore list (many recent phones at all price ranges are missing), you're stuck with 3DOF and you can't use cameras for 6DOF. When you can use them, you will notice that it's still pretty inaccurate and your phone will overheat or run out of battery very quickly, it's a serious stress test

It's a meh bundle, but a good deal. Vive wands are funny, OG vive headset is ancient, but all in all, this setup will allow you to have VR fun, and you'll have lighthouse system for a bonus. Just prepare for a terrible experience out of the box.

With this setup, you could easily switch to LH FBT + Quest later, if you don't mind zucc watching you masturbate. Or get knuckles so you won't have to live with wands, or find a cheap used headset-only Index and improve your experience massively. Original 1.0 lighthouses work with new 2.0 hardware. I can't say "it's a good start" because OG Vive headset might traumatize you if you have any hopes at all, but if your expectations are adjusted to quite literally 10 year old hardware, you'll be just fine.
