World optimization thing; Tupper said in this thread that disabling an object's mesh renderer would improve performance, but it makes no difference and you can test it yourself in the profiler. Even if the mesh renderer is gone it's the same number of draw calls as long as it has a collider on it. An invisible floor collider is just as bad as a visible one.

The room is absolutely packed and the mirror is on and my computer and home still aren't on fire.
The latest version of Mogra is extremely well optimized.

You're not gonna like it, but I've had a similar issue with another model that had 2 uv maps, I just went and deleted the one that doesn't have the correct colors. Test them and figure out which it is. It's because the model you're using is a game rip, and it has the specular/diffuse/whatever the fuck type of maps, and unity isn't making use of any of them save for the main one.

You have to make sure both meshes only have 1 UVMap and that they're both named UVMap(I think it actually doesn't matter as long as they're named the same but just name it UVMap just in case). I assume you did manual atlasing so delete the old UVMaps if you haven't already and rename the new one to UVMap on both meshes. Once you have both meshes with the correct UVMap select both in object mode, hit ctrl+j and that should do the trick

I have a similar issue and as a result my current henshin project has wayyy too many materials even after trying to merge. I tried to atlas it but it has some weird eye/hair layered material thing that my small brain cant comprehend.
If this works I'll probably only bring it out for the henshin and change back to a more optimized model because even I can't stand it.

I had a VRfriend who always initiated the conversations, then one day they stopped. I guess I was overbearing when I was trying to find out why they stopped talking to me and as a result they've since blocked me. It feels super shitty as this person is quite popular at meetups and I can always hear/see people interacting with my invisible former friend. I've since distanced myself from my other friends for fear of losing them as well.
