Get the VRC SDK and proper Unity version. Open Unity. Create a new project. Import the SDK. Add a plane and two empty game objects to your scene. Attach the VRC scene descriptor script to one of the empty game objects. In the inspectfor for the scene descriptor, add a spawn point and drag your second empty game object there. Go to upload your world with the SDK. It will notify you twice so that it can create the proper layers and collision matrix. Keep pressing buttons until something works.

Unlike Aladdin, Djinns (Genies) are an evil race who are constantly trying to invade and dominate our realm. They grant wishes, but take your soul as payment, and also usually twist the words to fuck you up. If they are able to secure three wishes from the one who woke them, then they will have enough strength to invade and rule. Some blonde lady ends up waking a Djinn in modern (90's) times and great times ensue.
It has excellent practical effects, a fantastic actor playing the evil Djinn, and plenty of hilarious deaths.

I'm assuming you had two materials in blender when you exported? If so, go to your character in scene->dropdown->body. Under inspector look for materials. CTRL+D your materials in your materials folder until you have the same amount it says you're supposed to have. Then drag them to the slots in the inspector.

My maid model had a vagina in it initially (and I found out the most embarrasing way, with 10 people looking at it in game) and I had to figure out how to delete it.
Then when I deleted it, I accidentally selected some tris from my leg in doing so and had to go figure out how to replace a big part of my leg that I accidentally deleted...

I have to commend people who get properly immersed with their props, like for example glasses Mio. They seem very consistent about bringing the hand up to "grab" the glasses, and then "placing" them back when stopping the gesture.
It's such a simple motion that adds a lot, but one I find hard to remember to make with my own things. I need to practice to get more into character.

If you're talking about making hidden meshes appear in mirrors, you want to keep it enabled, but disable the mesh renderer script on it. Then in your override, you want to go to your mesh and enable the skinned mesh renderer to turn it on.

I've spent a little bit of time now with full-body tracking and while it's definitely cool, there's a bunch of inconveniences and one big issue I'm having that even if I get this working smoothly with Rift, if I don't fix it, it probably wouldn't be worth it.

My viewport keeps going into my neck/ chest. If I sit down and lean back, my viewport sinks and I can't see shit. It's a massive pain. What is the solution to this? Also, general tips would be appreciated, in regards to like calibration and such. I know the height trick, and I know the last couple of avatars I've made use the newer version of Cat's with the zero-length spine, but even on one of those my posture was all fucked (head back, hips forward). Should I be standing naturally when I calibrate? Should my hip ball be further forward? Should my feet balls be on the foot, or base of the leg (ankle)?

Also the base stations are really loud compared to the silence of the Rift ones.

If your hip is sticking too far out after calibration, then thrust your hip out a tiny bit during calibration and afterwards when you stand naturally, it'll be fine. It doesn't matter where the hip ball is when you calibrate really that just defines the "0" position of it, and all your avatar movement will be based on where the ball them moves from that "0" position. You can have it on the side of your hip, or on your lower back or whereever.

Wherever your trackers are in real life, try to align them with your avatar in those positions for best tracking.

Right - on Teto, her legs are super long, so all my leg movements are exaggerated. Seeing me in that I'M DOT video with FBT is neato. All the nuanced movements are translated rather than that static lower half. I really do wanna try and sort out these issues because it would bring my expressiveness up a notch assuming I can sort out tracker offsets and get it rolling with Rift.

That's entirely fault of the model's body proportions. I have exactly one model where sitting and lying down work perfectly. The full-body IK doesn't know how to bend your character's back. Your avatar's torso is bound to your hip as the root, rather than your viewpoint from the head like without FBT.
Your three solutions are to get used to it, fix through trial-and-error while sacrificing your model's look, or change avatar until you find one that matches you with only at most slight adjustment.

When I use one of my avatars, on some maps the ground lighting turns darker for me. Other avatar that is identical except it has no eye emission is fine. There's no light sources or anything on them.
Is eye emission messing up the lighting for me on some maps because that's the only thing I can think of.

It adds a couple extra leg bones and inverts the hip bone. The end result is that your avatar's legs are no longer bent when switching into it. It avoids having to fuck with your height every time you change avatar.

Yes. Do bone scaling on the model in the scene, drag hip to place feet back on floor, write down all values you changed, then apply everything in the rig mapping view as well. And don't forget to correct the viewball height.
Start off by trying scaling legs down to 0.9 or so on Y-axis. If you do scale the torso, you have to scale the arms and neck or head in return to not make them squished or stretched.

I have an Intel g4600 and a nviddia 1050ti, they are inside the minimun requirements and steam vr test says that my PC is capable of VR. Do you think I'm going to be able to play well? Also, should I buy HTC Vive or Oculus Rift? It seems like the HTC is better, but Oculus works better in worse computers and it has more exclusives.

The only thing HTC does better is leg trackers, and perhaps cause of the Pimax it might have something to look forward to cause cuckulus only cares about his mobile and social shit as of now. However, the rift is a very solid option and is definitely better in terms of price, quality and well everything.
If I were you, I'd buy a rift and a better graphics card, Unless VRChat is your end-game like some anons here.

From what I've heard Pimax sounds really fucking good but before the average consumer get's to try it out I wouldn't wait for it. You can't trust the chinese that easily. There's really no perfect option anon, you've gotta make a choice here. In my eyes the best option right now is to buy the vive which is 100 bucks cheaper and should Pimax be a success (which works with vive stations) you can always upgrade. If you don't care about the latest tech-shit that's coming out the Oculus is a solid option.
