I don't think so. There's a PSO2 modding discord where you might be able to see if someone's found a way. As far as I know if you're wanting to get your own player character you'll have to use Ninjaripper, but that doesn't export any bones or shapekeys, so I've just been sticking with my method of attaching and weight painting the outfits to fit an MMD base.

I can't really tell if Ninjaripper even exports sliders properly, and it also does weird things with proportions, see pic.
I think it might just be a head scaling issue, but also looking at the hands, you'll find that PSO2 models are very low-poly, so honestly that's another reason to just use a different base imo. No matter what it's gonna be a bit of work to get a satisfactory avatar, and having talked to our resident blue-haired caseal she would probably agree.

Fully robotic casts are probably a bit easier if I had to guess.
