The Core file should be the one included with the shader, so check if it renamed it somehow. Sometimes they like to replace spaces into _ or some other things.
The Shadows file however is something I just forgot to upload and have since fixed up.

Unity works just fine. Just apply the same scaling to the model in the scene and the FBX file's bone mapping view and there are no problems.
If you go into Blender for it, you'll either have to place every bone manually after editing the mesh, or delete shape keys so you can apply new rest pose modifiers for the armature and mesh.

you can hook them up to each other for better communication but they communicate to the PC through the trackers. the lighthouses are not the same as Rift sensors, which feed data to the PC to process. Lighthouses are basically like little external processors that do all the tracking work for the CPU, and then just feeds the finished homework to the PC.
this is why fullbody with trackers is less resource intensive than using a kinect. with a Kinect its much like the rift. it's a camera sending data to the program, which then has to compute tracking with your CPU

The pucks themselves have photodiodes, and IMU, a microprocessor, and a bluetooth radio, so they are pretty "smart", not just like a fiducial ball, or the infrared LEDs in the rift constellation system. And the basestations don't do any calculations other than synchronization.
Kind of confusing that the overall system is called "Lighthouse" and sometimes the basestation boxes are call "lighthouses".
