AudioTriggers from the SDK suck. You can either use the AudioBank and call PlayIndex or just use the trigger to turn on a gameobject that has your audiosource on it. You'd want to turn off the gameobject by default and then use a timer trigger on it to turn itself off after the duration of the audio clip.

I'm not one of the popular anons nor am I capable of holding conversations, so if I did get on I'd just be on desktop mode while I play backlog games anyway

So I'm trying to modify a model to correct a gap in the structure, but any scale modifications I make to the mesh are reverted when I return to object mode.

My workflow is as follows:
1. In Edit Mode, select using Linked the entire shape
2. Use scale to scale the selection on each axis
3. Return to Object mode

Any modification is reverted. I've tried unticking "Inherit Scale" on nearby bones, but I've gotten no results that way either.

VR is severely lacking in both aspects, there's a few cool things, and you have things like VRchat which has social fun, but overall there's not much draw for you to stay.

This is the one thing I'll give VRC credit for, the ability to have completely custom skeletons. Actually reading that article, it's more legitimate than one may think upon reading the headline. They say they're using what some might call "exciter speakers" which are speakers except without the cone, and the ones they're using are able to move a surface a few mm, so they do that instead of vibrating them like other haptics solutions using actuators do.

Generally cockpit/racing games are much better on the stomach. Sim sickness is causes by a mismatch between the inner ear and the visual system and the biggest mismatch on the visual side is caused by fast motion in your peripheral vision. In a cockpit game, that's partially taken up by the almost-motionless cabin so you should be able to handle it better.
