You can scale them up so long as you shrink the head and slightly change the proportions a bit. I've done that with mine to make it about 170cm instead of the default 150 (or 135 after I did all that limb scaling). Easy to do in unity. Mine is at 1.25 scale and the neck bone is at 0.9 so the head and everything above it inherits the scale.

I had a fantastic day in VR today. I played a bunch of different games and stitched a few of the interesting parts together in a video. Turned out something like a day in the life of VR. Some of these games I play a lot, others I haven't touched in months. Picked up a new one too which is apparently like a rip-off of Receiver (which I haven't played) and is surprisingly good quality if insanely difficult. Didn't get a chance to try Don't Look Down but I'll be giving that a shot tomorrow. Games are: Pokerstars VR, Beat Saber, Space Pirate Trainer, Atlantic Edge, I Can Gun, and VRChat.

(1) We ask /vrg/ for willing participants on being in a secret santa event
(2) Their names are shuffled and each person is given a name for the person they will be making a gift for
(3) Having them make an e-gift (blender or unity file) preferably. Or anything that can be placed inside a RAR file (like a steamcode in a text file or a drawing)
(4) These RAR files will be password protected by the gift maker.
(5) The gifts then have to be sent to the organizers first then to the person they are assigned to as soon as they can
(6) Then @Blue will be adding a Christmas tree on the center of their christmas map.
(7) Under this christmas tree there will be giftboxes (With names on top of them for which person this gift box is for)
Note: These giftboxes will have a plane hidden inside it with no material
(8) During the [CHRISTMAS PARTY DATE] Using a Map MASTER ONLY Toggle button. These planes will contain the password combo for the gifted RAR file.
Note: Each zone will have their own christmas version of the map so lag wouldn't be too much of a problem

Hey everyone, I just tried a short animated VR thing called Crow: The Legend, and came away pretty impressed with it. It's free, so you should definitely give it a try, though it seems to only be on the Oculus store right now and I'm not sure if/when it'll come out elsewhere. It's a pleasant Pixar-like experience with good production value and goes for 20-30 minutes. It even has some interactivity and kind of incorporates you in the story which was cool. Also happens to be voiced by John Legend, Oprah, and Liza Koshy.

The VRChat Unity 2017 beta seems fine so far, although I've only tested in desktop.
Every nonupdated mirror I've seen works perfectly
Most shaders still work perfectly, only one I've seen issues with is Noe's. Not tested Xexeis or Silent's though.
My custom walking animation doesn't turn properly when straightening up after walking sideways. I guess that's to do with the scuffed rotations on animations they mentioned though.

I've looked at revisiting her a few times, but the proportions are kind of odd. She has extremely thin arms and legs, it feels weird to be in that avatar nowadays. I may still try something, but it's hard to bring a basic MMD model up to these day's standards.
It also hurts that she's the lowest effort of that little section of boats. Yamakaze is something like 50k tris, Kawakaze is near 65k, and Umikaze is way down at 28k. The face is cute but everything else is a lot lower effort than the others, it's clear that the author liked a lot of the other ships a lot more.

Interplayer dynamic bones mod updated to latest VRChat version 2018.4.1p3.
Credits go to the original Programmer-kun, I just copypasted the code to latest VRChat version.
Read both txt to install and not get autobanned. Use at your own discrection anyway, because client modifications is banneable.
B key toggles interplayer dynamic bones, D key disables every dynamic bone. VRChat's window need to be the active one while pressing the key. There is a bug where you need to retoggle interplayer dynamic bones to collide with changed avatars or players that joined later.

Our first game will be the opener of the VGL11 tournament vs. /osg/ (Oldschool Runescape General) this Friday, November 23rd, at 12:00pm EST. If any of this sounds familiar it's because our very first game in VGLX was against the OTHER Runescape general, /rsg/.

Also in our group stage is /utg/ (Undertale General) and /aceg/ (Ace Combat General). /osg/ and /aceg/ are apparently both terrible teams with neither one managing to win a single game in VGLX, and /osg/ is on auto-pilot tactics. That doesn't necessarily mean it'll be a walk in the park and I'm sure we'll probably lose all 3 games now that I pointed that out, but it's true.
