The bones are a pain in the ass to get working, but the actual exporting is pretty easy. You export individual models/armatures for the head, body, arms, legs, feet, etc... and then frankenstein them together. I think I remember the exporting thing being called xiv textools.

Metric system is trash for measuring people. Centimeter is too granular, meter is too huge, and nobody uses decimeters (for whatever reason). Having a moderately sized measurement with smaller ones for necessary granularity provides the best ability to mentally depict someone's size. Eh, my feel is that centimeters are the least granular you'd want, otherwise it feels too imprecise, but it's not a big problem. Neither is mental depiction because you eventually get used to it. The problem is working with the numbers. Conversion and math is just easier with everything in metric.

I suggest trying to reach out to people and start to make closer friends on a less stressful medium, such as through text on Discord. If you find someone you think you might be good friends with, just type something at them. Knowing someone that way, and then meeting them in VR and talking to them there, is much easier. Do it in a private instance with them if you have to, I fully encourage that.

Mushy roams a lot and gets stray kills that can kill a point retake. A fan of silenced rifles. If you're up against him, check ALL corners.

Keytar is at home with the AWP+AK combo. Theyre slowly learning the vantage points and becoming deadlier.

Undead will always go for an SMG trade. He may not always win, but he will make sure you always lose something.

Chad will usually take an alternate route to the control point. Does not use flashbangs as often as in Pavlov, relying on mid-range AK to close the distance. Uses the AWP offensively.

Mafuyu is the grenade king. Pray that he doesn't learn how to cook grenades.

Tundra uses the two-shot G3 a lot. TAKE COVER if he sees you. Try your best to crawl or dash to alternate cover because he will watch for you to pop out. Prone is your best friend. known for finding unorthodox sniping lanes.

00fdm00 rocks interesting weapon combinations. Often utilizes smokes onto the objective while sitting on it, seizing easy % and easy neutralization. An objective oriented player.

Ryder is a sharp shot and if left unchecked will routinely score doubles or triple kills on the point, in contractors, everyone is a rando.

Synti not much known other than exceptional raw aim and is a frag hunter just like Mushy.

Jazkaz often likes to hide and take advantage of corners. He's often seen crouched extremely low and will catch your teammates offguard.

Fogwick utilizes explosives to a good degree of effectiveness as well as claymores. Often watches the flank in the case of Mushy or Ryder.

Mysterious Stranger, Chad Warden and Undead, and fogwick are all effective leaders communicating enemy positions with varying degrees of effectiveness. Given the nature of contractors simply rushing in one at a time will often net a loss. Having everyone group and push together is a solid strategy and will kill the frag hunters.

Here lies my oculus rift cable, may 2018-feb 2019, 3-6 hours of daily use. Kinked right where the little clip holds it against the head strap, and after a week or so of weird graphical glitches, it finally blackscreened. F

I shelled out another 50 for a replacement cable already though, and also bought some hdmi/usb extensions so i can avoid stressing it as much. I got the cable matters B00C7SA21U and B00JJ517VI , both 4meters, and no problems so far.

I haven't had a single problem desu. I've had my stuff for like a year now and use it several hours every day. I've taken good care of it though, and anticipated problems like the cable so I did the rubber band thing early on, put on lens protectors, and some other things.

Headphone issues are the second most common after the cable. Often fixable by just re-tightening the screw, but the other point of failure is the ribbon cable that runs through the joint on the right side, it eventually comes loose from repeatedly pulling it. I fixed that by taping the frame on that side to the length it is when I'm wearing it so only the left side stretches when I put in on and off.
