First of all, ACiiL is modifying that shader and doesn't do any heavy lifting. 2nd of all, XieXe's is a better toon shader and can do it all. 3rd of all, Marvelous Designer is a modelling program that makes physics simulation for cloth easy and intuitive.
UTS is a good shader but it's uses in VRChat are limited, if you are not using the 3 seperate albedo/shadow configuration for a guilty gear/etc. effect it's pointless and even lacks features in some aspects.

I've dealt with this issue for months and I found no real way to fix it without fucking up something else. I've reached the conclusion that it's just vrchat IK being fucking shit

Here's the 2 ways that will help you fix it but will fuck something else too:

1.- Moving your viewball lower: One would think that it'd be moving your viewball higher that helps since it thinks the head is farther away from the shoulders but apparently it works the other way around. I would personally not do this. The viewball needs to be between the eyes for you to feel immersed, specially when looking at mirrors

2.- Setting your in game height 10-15cm lower and playspacing yourself down by that amount: This is the only viable option I've found to fix it without fucking other stuff greatly. The only bad thing is that everything will look smaller which low key worsens your immersion. Usually I just set it about 5cm lower so that the T-rex is not THAT noticeable(it's still there) but everything is not super small. I'm not happy with it but it's the best thing that I've found so far

I can only speak from what i've experienced and that was playing with Oculus Touch VR controllers, you simply held your hands relative to the steering wheel and turned them as appropriate. At first it was quite disconcerting but I got used to it quickly and found that driving was actually quite fun.
The game does claim to have keyboard/partial controller support but I didn't try it as my VR setup is nowhere near my keyboard but I would assume it is at least functional.
I prefer the "Rainy forest at night" driving environment but felt the neon one would be better for a video.

SteamVR wheel emulator is pretty awesome. It's a free github project that emulates a steering wheel controller with motion controls, in a pretty intuitive way. Webm related with some of my trash drifting attempts, also bigger resolution video:

The cartoony hands and wheel in front of the assetto corsa wheel are part of the emulator. When the hands are open, the wheel's free, and when you hit the grips on either controller, then grab the wheel. I also have the triggers on the touch controls mapped to accel/brake. You can also map the joystick axes and buttons on the touch controllers, which i tried to map to clutch and up/downshift, but I'm too trash to do much with it.

It's not perfect, namely no force feedback or pedals, but it beats using a gamepad or joystick, or spending $200+ on a real wheel.

I'll go back and complete the default songs on expert. I think I only cleared a few before I started custom songs. I got up to about 150 pp without much trouble, but then a lot of songs started to contain more difficult patterns and it takes days to clear each song, so it probably isn't efficient to keep grinding them this way.

It works by using vjoy to emulate a controller with a bunch of buttons and axes, so you can use it in combo with other physical or virtual controllers if the game supports it. Assetto does.
