Cyberpunk march is a long event and was planned to allow people to have sufficient time to work on things. St. Patrics wont get many major avatar updates I guess, most will just do simple tweaks or add props meaning people had time to relax and aren't getting pushed into making a new avatar every week, so an event like this shouldn't be too hard on people after march and many of these alternate timeline avatars can actually be based off the cyberpunk ones.
People can just have fun thinking up what an actual alternate version of themselves from another timeline/universe would behave and what types of avatars they would use, which for many would just be a twist on their main. Could be some real fun for the people who like to imagine stuff like that

GeForce experience is nice when it wants to work properly. It has a habit of recording things at the wrong resolution sometimes if you have monitors of different resolutions.

For example, I game on a 1080p 144hz monitor, while having a 2560x1080 secondary monitor for discord/browsing/etc. Often geforce experience will record the gameplay from my 1080p main monitor but stretch it to the 2560x1080 resulting in really awful looking footage. It's a total crapshoot on whether or not I'll get usable footage out of it every time I hit record.

Putting the OBS window in oculus dash makes it pretty easy to start/stop recording. There's also apparently a mode to do instant replay capture in OBS with a buffer, but i haven't tried it out yet.

Pretty bad. Playmaker is just a complex state machine, which does allow for conditional branches and etc. It is a souped-up version of animation states, which authors use right now to make more complex behavior in worlds, but it is limited and goofy.

Udon is supposed to give access to a lot of lower level unity functions but I wouldn't be surprised if it rolls out a bit at a time at this point. I'd be happy if it was just initially conditionals and imitated a lot of trigger shit so it'd be easier to build complex things without having to deal with the failed abortion that is triggers duck taped together with a state machine.

You can load multiple clients on the same machine. One way is to launch with Steam and sign in with Steam account, and launch the other from the exe and sign in with VRC account, then go to the same world. Listening to the input from the microphone won't nessesarily be what others hear in-game.

It'd be basically the same as WMR. That is, ease of setup (no cameras and extra usb ports) traded for lack of controller tracking outside of hmd camera range. I'm guessing oculus will do a better job than WMR since more cameras and better tech, but not as good as constellation/lighthouse in terms of field of view. The node teleportation that Arktika.1 used basically killed its chance of success despite it being a pretty good game otherwise. If it had launched earlier in VR's life cycle, it would've done better, but it couldn't have since it took that long to develop, and shows that bigger games have a higher risk of being outdated in terms of mechanics depending on how much development has happened in the community since they got started on the game after locking down the essential gameplay loop. Sometimes it's not such a big deal (like devs being slow on adding snap turning), but sometimes and in the case of Arktika.1 it can be a big deal and have a big impact on success. Do note that Hair, Skin, Clothes and Transparent shader settings are all different to a degree. Similar but a bit different.

For skin for example, you want less Shade so you have a flatter looking face with not much gradient. And a general pinker or yellowish tone depending on race.
For clothes you'd want a normal map that increase cloth fidelity.
For transparent you'd want less light shift change.
