I think I read it has smooth, pretty sure there's natural locomotion support for it.
Compound is alright but unless you are a high score chaser, it's a solid proof of concept. Reloading isn't very much like Pavlov though, and all the guns are single handed from what I remember.

So I just gave VRChat a try with my new PC and the results are a little strange. I have an RTX 2070 and i7 8700k.

In a simple room with some other people I was getting ASW solid 45 and the CPU usage was really low. About 3% for OVR Service or whatever it's called. VRChat at about 30%. For some reason the GPU isn't showing in Task Manager so I can't be sure of how it's performing, but I'd expect it to gobble this shit up, so although it was a very pleasant and smooth experience, it wasn't 90 for some reason.

I then went to my home world and was getting 60 while looking at the mirror. It would jump to 70 when I looked away from the mirror, and would hit high 80s with the mirror off. This is with just me in the world so I'd expect there to be no problem hitting 90, mirror or no, so 60 was a bizzare number to see.

I'd like to download a tool to see what the GPU is up to if anyone knows a good one (or otherwise how to enable it in Task Manager). I'm very happy with the CPU usage but performance isn't measuring up in VRChat and logically it's the GPU at fault, even though it should be handling it easily.

Mommy always puts the lobbies together, I ask them to include more people because they already do it. A little bit of important info for those who are unlucky to play on the de_dust2 map (the really old funny looking one, you can pen, in theory, just about every wall, for example, if you shoot from long a with a AK or a gun with pen, it will go thru all the way to catwalk so in theory you could shoot directly into the wall in the middle of long a and kill someone whos on catwalk

The reason I complained about Orb/Cleetas lobbies is that they would host an hour early and everyone would scramble and fill it up while at the same time complaining at me about my inability to create and sustain an overflow lobby.

You need everyone to show up at the same time to really distribute people out to overflow lobbies. I have been struggling with how to do it in a way that's fair to discord/non discord.

Hosting a main game around the same time every day, properly giving notice in the thread and then the discord (and in that order because i get yelled at if I don't) and then running an overflow lobby competently at the same time as running the main lobby and playing the game is really hard.

It is that time again anons. Gotta work a shorter shift at the end of the day, but some interesting developments have occurred. Old method for working with the hair textures was revisited thanks to a certain Reimu from something two anons figured out way back in January. Repairing the hair textures might be easier to do in Blender with this, and takes less time, it needs to be refined but this could cut Koikatsu exporting time. Outside of that the Serious Sam Editor has been chunked into enough to turn out a model with working textures and the right armature. Uploading stuff to the workshop soon, just need to grind at their silly editor more. The shop environment has been shifting around, some days its been on topic, good study time, and others it is all over the place and somewhat productive. Glad others have started hosting their own shops, EU times and other timezones getting a fill would be nice. What would work best would be somebody from SEA filling in late Wednesday to Thursday for wagecaged NA's and others not being there on time. If we could get that, we could have a full rotation of timezones for anons.
