The Rift S comes with worse tracking that doesn't require sensors. It's still perfectly fine for all your VR applications but it will only "see" the areas where the cameras point to leaving massive blind spots in your room, to your sides, close to your body and behind you.

Furthermore it also isn't as precise as the Lighthouse or yctive Oculus IR tracking.

I got Fallout 4 VR running yesterday, why does nobody talk about this game? Sure, the performance is ass if you don't turn down some settings, and you need an accuracy mod to stop your guns from being potatoes, but it's easily the best VR game out. For one thing, it's an actual game, instead of just a tech demo. It's not a very good game, but being able to aim and interact with a world that's as deep as a paddling pool instead of as deep as a puddle adds a lot to the experience.
