These are all small things though typical of any sort of development in progress kinda game like rust or minecraft. A lot of things you listed as bugs might as well just be mechanics, and the ghost mag bug is really only a problem if your ping is assfuck high, which has many more problems in itself.

But pavlov has community maps, dedicated servers, and smooth intuitive gunplay that feels better than anything else out there. It has all of the basics for a game it, it just needs polish.

Unlike contractors which is dead and half finished, or onward which is alive but has terrible gunplay and is heavily closed down by the developers who wont even support simple game modes like tdm.

Boneworks is the least fun I've ever had in VR. Every level is a chore, and 10 hours in, I just want it to fucking end already. I already felt that way two hours in, but a friend of mine who recently got a Vive convinced me not to refund it.

I think there's a gigantic misnomer that C killed NA Pavlov. People frequently referenced it in the past, and some people have complained about the way he played in the past, but nowadays the feedback is 100% on his side, referencing 'play style'. Someone else does the same thing, always ending up as the last person alive on the team and then just running the timer while not engaging the objective. And everyone sympathizes against the mean bully taking issue with it.

I've always been 100% consistent with what I've taken issue with, and it's abundantly clear that somehow, nobody sees the game in the same way as me anymore. I want to have fun and competitive sessions. Too often it feels devoid of emotion and totally unfun - it seems like it would be very competitive and yet somehow at the same time, nobody minds when someone sandbags round after round.

We talk about the economy and although that's much more mixed in viewpoints, the people in control of things have a polar opposite idea on the core of the game and the economy should be promoting, so even there I'm out of favor.

After today it's beyond clear that universally I'm the outsider when it comes to playing the objective and given the very unfun, silent nature of the sessions sometimes, combining that with sitting and waiting for the clock to run down to an inevitable loss, I really don't feel like I belong. I want to have fun. None of the prevailing ideas promote this, nor even do they promote competition. It sucks and I don't understand the community at all.

Unless you mean off of the full price of the Odyssey+ the headset has never been below 170. And full body tracking is $600 new, unless you mean kinect tracking. I'm not saying the Odyssey+ is horrible but the savings over the Rift S is not big enough for FBT, however it's easily enough for a majority of vr titles that people recommend.

I think /vrg/ is fun to play with even if I get my ass kicked or my ping is trash trying to play with people on different continents but that's just me I guess.

I am the last one alive because client stutters when I am hit and a lot of my bullets just disappear, so I lose 99% of frontal engagements. It leads to me usually being the last alive, so I have to push the site alone and often there's no way I can possibly do anything but essentially commit suicide by N vs 1 or wait. I can only offer the advice of be the change you want to be and take the initiative to host yourself. Scour the steam workshop and shill them whatever may be the most efficient way you find fit. Maybe test them offline to ensure they're good quality beforehand. Nag the two server hosts to put them in rotation if reception is good enough if you davehost lobbies. I don't think mindless DM will give incentive for people to hang around when they could do something objective based, but practice prevails over theory making.

It's safe to cut out as the glue's not doing anything anymore like that. You're not going to damage the lenses but you'll leave a gap for crud to get into. I'd probably poke it back into the gap with a fine pin unless you plan to fill it with silicone or something. Just watch if the lenses start to push out the rest of the glue might not have cured correctly.

Honestly, VRChat has gotten worse to play since Network IK. It's not unplayable, for me, by any stretch but - loading into a world, voice is totally unintelligible while avatars load, and again in a populated world when people change avatars. That's mostly on my internet connection though. The other thing that really sucks is repeat black screens. Any time I try and go pub hopping, I have a probably better than 50% chance of black screen > fail loading > sent home with robot avatar. I have to be really bored to put up with that long enough to find a world that works.

Having 15fps in major meetups is just the same old VRChat shit it's always been, nothing new there.
