Related to this: How many people here have Dirt Rally 2? I didn't really got to 100% confirm it yet, but it seems like DR2 clubs = DR1 leagues, meaning we could set up a club and have timed runs/rallies with league rankings. Rally is so hard or rather, it requires risk management and new car vidya players never ever do that that even finishing the longer rally made of multiple stages can be a challenge, so it's real good for newbies because they can feel the achivement and see self-improvement. It's also accessible and not tied to timezones, i could just set us up weekly events to drive through. But on the other hand, i realize how niche DR2 is, so i don't expect many people to have it.

I'm running into some weird issue and hope someone can help
Whenever I play VR, no matter what game, my left controllers disconnects, almost like the battery is dead. Sometimes this doesn't happen for days, sometimes it happens 3 times in two hours.
My controller is still turned on, but doesn't appear in the game I'm playing yet when I open the SteamVR overlay it's visible and fully functional. Turning it off and on again doesn't fix it and I have to fully restart SteamVR.
It's not a hardware issue either because this is a new set of controllers and it still happens.

It's a pairing issue, not sure if a dead to fresh battery would change anything because they all can pair, just not all 5 (2 controllers 3 trackers) at once. Quest 2 is the most cost effective way in. Pretty cheap, but you pay in getting ZUCCED since you need a facebook account and to tie it to that so they can watch you hug your friend. You can play PC VR with it using a cable or over good wifi connections.
Non zucced options are pretty sparse at the low end since zuccsets OWN the low end so hard there's no market until you hit enthusiast.

Yes you can play most vr games while seated, though it can be a pain. There's a plugin for SteamVR that lets you playspace move, effectively allowing you to change your height above playspace in vr without needing to move. As long as you don't thrash around while playing that will do you.
Also as a side note, you really don't need that much space for VR. Many here have made do with a < 1m^2 space, myself included.

Quest 2 is the best budget option. For real PCVR you'll want either a competent modern router, or a link cable. It's fine as an entry level headset but if you're more enthusiastic then an Index is probably the best overall headset on the market.
If you do mainly play vrchat you might want to eventually get FBT, which lets your legs and hips be tracked (this is very good for cuddles, highly recommend). You can do FBT with Quest but, honestly, at that point just upgrade to Index.
