The margins on your textures are too low. Basically, the UV's are too close to the edges of your texture. Pic related.

If you bake your textures, add more padding/margin in Blender. If you aren't baking your textures, open up an image editor and manually color in the edges with a similar color. I think there's tools that can do this easily but this usually happens down the middle of your face and shit, so you can just paint a vaguely skin-colored texture there.

Chances are you're using a booth or MMD in which case just paint around the UV's a bit with a similar color and the problem will disappear.
If the UV's are very close to the texture edge, just set the texture sample mode to Clamp in Unity and that will also fix a lot of these issues.

If you generate eye tracking in CATS, the LeftEye and RightEye bones should be pointing straight up, same with the head bone.
The original Eye_L and Eye_R bones probably won't be pointing up, but those can be ignored. Just make sure you use LeftEye and RightEye in Unity.

If by chance the Left/RightEye bones are not pointing straight up, just rotate them in edit mode by grabbing the tail end of the bone (or editing the X/Y values directly).

If you used cats then it probably got confused and messed up the proper weighting. Nah it didn't have to do with pairing, it was getting them to turn on that was the issue. Despite being fully charged, they sometimes just refused to turn on until you'd try everything short of praying to god and all of a sudden it's on.

Only for it to turn off after 5 minutes on its own, despite steamVR overlays showing the trackers had near full battery. So after that kept happening a few times and getting no reply from support, I just stopped using them and picked up more 3.0s. No regrets. They just work.

The Tundra dongle is legit sketchy, word has it that they're discontinuing anything but the 3x one.

Never had any trouble pairing or connecting mine, just very unstable just after turning on, and tracking constantly resetting as if it can't see one of my basestations.

My one Vive 3.0 hip tracker is rock solid.

Early Kickstarter units though, so hopefully legit faulty and the replacements will do better.

Tundra Labs support is super slow, but they will get back to you eventually.

UnboundVR should reply within a day or two, but their emails have a nasty habit of... never arriving, so contact them again if it's been more than a few days.

Ok I managed to sneak in a quick 15 min break in my office PC enough to make this before going to the work site again.
1) Change your inspector into DEBUG mode
2) Make sure it's in DEBUG MODE
3) this will expose the other important hidden things of the ring finger
4) drag your left ankle transform to the TRANSFORM slot

Now comes the experimentation part depending on the size of your feet you will have to trial and error this in-game in VRchat with the show custom colliders/physbones/contacts thingy inyour radial menu in the settings.

watch this video to understand how AimIK works. It's IK made for aiming gun arms at targets during other animations, but who cares it works for any number of bones pointing at anything during normal vrchat animations and movement. I'm only using AimIK for the last eight bones in the tail, which is probably more than you'd need for a tongue. Then slap on physbones to make it floppy, but not too much because it the phybones will cause delay and that means less control.

1. make a new object and constrain it's rotation to your avatar's hand, this is the object the chain will rotate around, the "pole target"
2. make a child object of the pole target and drag it "forward", this is the "aim target" the chain will try to aim at
3. find the last bone at the end of the chain and assign it as the aim transform, this is final bone the chain will try to have pointing straight at the target, the rest of the bones will bend progressively toward it. You might need to make a new child object if the blue axis of the bone isn't pointing towards the end.

It might be obvious but you probably want the pole target in your avatar's month and the aim target somewhere in front of it since you're only interested in rotation not location, but if you have a really long one maybe you want to go for a full parent constraint with an offset instead and "puppet" the end of the tongue idk do some experimenting.

You'll need FinalIK if you want to test it in the editor which will help immensely, but you technically don't need FinalIK to upload an avatar that uses it to vrchat, just the right guid stubs so vrchat knows to switch it on:
