I tried the stealing VR game (The Break-in) recently and it was OK.
One of the people I was playing with got mad because the grabbing controls sucked. Which is true, it was hard to avoid randomly grabbing things that you didn't want to grab.

I think the concept of the game is great and that the phasmophobia style 4 person lobby/mission system works pretty well in VR. The controls need work but this is another game that's a flat game first a VR game second, I think. It kinda seems to me like the devs did most of their testing on desktop.
Also the belt system sucks. It's so easy to grab stuff off your belt, but you have to snap it back on so it's actually harder to put things on your belt than it is to take them off. I dropped my screwdriver basically every mission.

It's a good idea but I hope they improve the controls (they probably won't)
Inventory/vest systems are where most VR games mess up, I've found.

The shader wide merging doesn't work with liltoon which the majority of booth avatars these days ship with. Obviously you could just change to a different shader but then you'd lose any settings.

The "autopacker" only works on textures that are compressed the same which makes it weird trying to have some textures more compressed than others.

There's still value in atlasing your own textures.

Just finished "Not for broadcast VR" took me 10 hours on normal difficulty. It's very Papers Please but you're just a video mixer operator for a live news show.
I don't think I would feel half as much sympathy or get some butterflies in my stomach in this game if I played it on desktop. Very well made game.
Apparently got at least 14 endings, and multiple ending credits songs depending on your actions, how you edit the show, what you decide to hide or show, what you do at home.

Why? Everything in a controller needs to match. If you need WD off, then just have it off for everything. The only reason you would "need" it on for something else is if you just haven't made your animations for the default state.
