18:00 UTC 20:00 CEST, Monday 3rd of June 2024.
The temperature getting hot, but we'll get even hotter. We're going to the desert and drive some Toyota Hiluxes in the sand. Additionally, a small surprise, it's a two race event, second race being a reverse grid one.
1 hours practice
12 minutes qualifiers
7 laps race normal grid
7 laps race reverse grid
After we tried out our mighty vehicles, we'll move on deep into the desert to fight our own battles with the sand.
Assetto - can be played with wheel, controller, or steam-vr-wheel addon, it doesn't matter, we will all have fun driving together. If you just bought Asseto - grab Assetto Corsa Content Manager - a better launcher and mod manager: https://assettocorsa.club/content-manager.html To install mods: just drag and drop zip files from mega onto the Content Manager windows and click on the hamburger menu on top right. Highly recommend installing stable custom shader patch and 7-zip plugin in Content manager.
For communication we'll use mumble at voice.vrg.party port 64738, as it doesn't need any registrations or logins.

question for avatar makers
is there a setting so that weight changes affect the current pose dynamically in blender? or should that by how it works?
im weight painting while my avatar has their legs "spread" to try to fix the groin from stretching, and i notice that weight painting changes nothing while posed which is kind of annoying!
