Tried showdown exfil on Q3 to see the difference with PC. By default the game runs at 2k per eye @ 72hz with dynamic foveated rendering settings. It can hold it pretty much perfectly throughout all the areas even in open ones.
Thanks to the dynamic res you can bump the resolution very aggressively up to 40% or 2600x2700 which it'll hold in all smaller areas. In this shot it dropped down a little bit as you can see in the overlay.

I tried to find worst case scenarios areas and this is one of them. It drops to 2000x2200 @ 72hz.
I tried faffing around and running the game at 90hz while it works very wells in small maps like Metro, it drops hard in resolution in open area like this same one down to 1600x1750.
Overall very impressive for 1050ti-tier gpu and at those resolution and the game experience is pretty much the same as on PC as long as you're battery-maxxing.

I'm fairly certain I can hold a much higher resolution than a Q2 and by a wide margin. The screenshots look terrible but what you should be looking at is the overlay.
Get OVR Metrics Tool in Applab and go compare it yourself with your Q2 and you'll see the difference. I'm also a dumbass and forced the foveated rendering setting to 3 (medium) so it looks ass in the peripheral vision but the game change it dynamically depending on load.

Marvelous designer is alright, but you still need to retopologize in the end. It's targeted more towards realism than stylized outfits. It has a bunch of issues that I don't like having in my high poly, so I usually bring that into ZBrush right after my finalized simulation though.

Hit the glass ceiling in my career and I can't help but feel like financial escape from the corporate life will forever be the carrot on the stick just out of reach. I never made any real friends in VRC, or in real life. My family has been sliding hard into regressive politics but they are the only social connection I have left outside of work.

The most poignant experience I've had in VRC was one time I was looking at someone's totally dead world. Graphically it looked like shit, low poly with sloppy low res textures, and it was a tiny environment without much to really look at, but there was something about it. I spent maybe 40 minutes there. I don't even know why...

I've been sleeping so much but there are sore red bags under my eyes. I can only ever sleep for a few hours at a time before something wakes me up: work, my cat, my phone, waking up in a pool of sweat, whatever. I went to bed early last night, went back to sleep after being woken up several times, slept in even though I wasn't supposed to, and have nevertheless been exhausted all day. I didn't get much work done. I didn't get any of my personal work done. I am going to drink a some water and see if it helps.

i really like being able to grab them by the throat and then watch them panic and drop their weapons and try to surrender

i hold them down by the back of their necks and force arrows into their bums. the controller vibrates as i slide the arrow back and forth.

There are women and you can grab them but the interaction system isn't as advanced as blade and sorcery. Plus it's a single player campaign so you don't really get to choose the opponent, although it's about 50:50 men women. It doesn't have much sadism opportunities other than just violent murder.

Another year is over, and here we are again.
This community is a mixed bag. Sometimes it feels like I’ve got nowhere else to go because other communities get their panties in a twist if you say faggot or retard. While I’m happy to be here, it’s hard to ignore that /vrg/ as a whole isn’t a community I’m 100% in love with anymore. There are too many coomers, too much shit-talking, and way too much high school-level drama. Maybe it’s always been like this, but something feels different. Like I’ve grown out of it or changed somehow.

That being said, I want to thank everyone here, both the good ones and the bad ones. To the good ones, thank you for your kindness, your creativity, and the moments of genuine connection. You have made this place worth sticking around for, even when things got tough. And to the bad ones, thank you too. You have tested my patience, pushed my limits, and, in your own way, helped me grow.
Without both sides, this community wouldn’t be what it is, for better or worse.

I am also thankful for the people I’ve met, and even more so for the close friends I’ve made over the years. You are the ones who truly make my day.
For me, this year has been a tough one, filled with depression. I’ve tried not to let it get too close, but I can’t lie, small things have been setting me off more than they should. To anyone I hurt along the way, I am truly sorry.

In all honesty though it was a tough squeeze on scheduling. My issue atm is needing someone to gather the necessary fun stuff from everyone else to slap in a map.
Just posters and stuff from anons.

I think if I schedule the map making in before the the Halloween Event>Christmas Event>Vault Event>FBF Event marathon on the ber months it would be feasible.
The design will be less of a changing every year map. Going to be stable with minor if at all changes. Main changes will just be adding/swapping the funny posters for the bilboards around submitted by anons. And maybe in the future expand into booths made by anons in the designated areas.

Content is also an issue. SEA MOGRA New years I think is always fun partially because we get to enjoy free DJing from the jps during it.
Someone would need to gather a playlist for the new years as well at least for music from anons then chuck me that playlist to place in the video player.
It's important to note we can't make it a DJ live entertainment because DJ-kun is a human too and would just like to catch up with their friends during NYE.

tl;dr We need:
1 anon to gather posters from anons (everyone being represented needs to be observed for community feel)
1 anon to gather music playlist from anons
1 anon to make the map (I can handle this from a rip)
NYE will be built in a way that will only ever be added on when possible over the years and never subtracted from if possible.
Map target build needs to be done on september but only used on New Years

This setup should be able to create a minimum viable product that will work similar to SEA Mogra tradition
