Any tips on how to get my thighs not clip into my skirt's hem?

I tried weight painting the skirt with the leg bone, but the leg bone's base is too low to lift the skirt properly. Instead the skirt clips inside the body. I could solve this by moving the leg bone higher, but then the ass will deform poorly when raising the leg.

Only solution I can think of is to add more dynamic bones to the skirt's front and use colliders tied to the legs in Unity to raise the dress...

You don't need to rotate the hip, just rotate the leg up and keep it there while you add weight on the skirt for the hip bone, it should help to deform the skirt better and if it doesn't then try the colliders.

As the same suggests, it's similar to flat lit toon, it can pull off a similar effect. It's also got a ton of sub-types and settings, plenty enough to get lost in but a lot of potential for cool effects.
I wouldn't say it's 'better' than flat lit toon, I think the shadows on flt tend to look more consistent, it might be a matter of settings tweaking though.

I'm one of the people Quacker broke contact with(I didn't know there were others) and I am hesitant to chime in here; they'll probably figure out who I am from this post, but I feel I need to say something.

I felt I was pretty good friends with our favorite duck, they would send me cute drawings they'd find of our avatar's characters in cute situations, and would find matching mmd models of our avatars and we'd make plans to convert them for VRChat.

Out of nowhere that all stopped. I don't know why? I certainly never hopped on the purity meme bandwagon. It hurt and attempts to ask them why went unanswered. I probably came off as clingy/suffocating at that point, and I'm 99% sure their comment about being stalked was as result of something I said to them. But regardless, it's really shitty when your friend stops talking to you for seemingly no reason and there's no telling how any of you would react in the same situation.

That said, I hold no ill will towards Quacker, they are geniunely a good person and people should just leave them be and let them enjoy the meetups however they want, myself included.

You're rotating the leg in the .webm, it's deforming the skirt. I'm saying to weighpaint the skirt using the 3 bones around it: the skirt bone, the leg and the hip. And to have the leg up while doing so to see how it deforms in response. Really can't say anything specify to the case without testing it.

If you want a fun little shooter experience, play the free demo of Compound on Steam, though it needs some work. Or wait until he updates it with snap turning and other shit. Either way, the entire game is 62MB and it's very fun/hard at later levels.

I have never revealed anything about a negative mental state to anyone in this game, I don't think there's any context in-which I would, so it's highly unlikely anyone would ever consider me to be social anxious. I started at the point where I couldn't even go in occupied world for more than a few seconds. Even today, about 50% of the time I won't go online at all when I had planned to or I'll leave extremely early because I feel I'm having disastrous time, but no-one is going to notice either of those things. Hey friends, I’m thinking about hosting an Assetto Corsa server for us to play on when not at meetups. It works really well in VR if you haven’t tried it. Probably mostly drifting focused since I use iRacing for actual grip racing, but we could do that in Assetto as well sometimes if people want.

I set up a fake oculus yesterday for $8 and it works so well that I'm overwhelmed. In terms of controls, I just have a ps4 controller, but driver4vr is out there for positional tracking and rigging and I suspect other drivers will pop up.

Blender newbie here. How do I atlas my textures to more than 1 material? I've been baking the textures I want onto the mesh separately but it just comes out as a blob afterwards. Is there a guide or tutorial somewhere? Tupper's guide is only good for atlasing to 1 material.
