(Regarding an external battery for the quest 3) NTA, different people online have said: fanny pack, chest rig, pocket, backpack. I'll be trying fanny pack in a few days here bc I don't want to get sweaty with a chest rig or backpack on and those same active games probably wouldn't work in a loose pocket. I'll also be using a right angle adapter that will end up being vertical to hopefully reduce strain from the cable on the quest charging port.

Then once it selects all ths important things, right click again and hit export
That should include the lightmaps.

For future reference anyone using bakery you need to include just these 4 files as well as just your scene folder containing all your shit.
A whole 5 second glance at them they transfer some internal data to your scene. Kinda dumb but we got there in the end.
The real question is how the fuck do you do it without bakery cuz that didn't work at all for me either.

multiplayer probably dead but it has a 10-12hr campaign where you play as both rebels and tie pilots.
VR was pretty cool in it, made most of the tie variants a pain to fly compared to rebel ships though. reduced cockpit visibility.
you can turn off the hud and just use cockpit indicators mostly, and it has full hotas support (some of the bindings for changing shields/squad attacks/refocusing objectives) can be a pain in the ass to bind but that might depend on your hotas etc

What bitrate? Because if you're getting 50 @ 150mbps then it's more than fine. When I play golf I turn it down to 90 and change the codec to h264+ so it drops the total latency to about 35ms

I was given a free meta quest pro at a business convention, only used an index up until this point. Is it meant to just about break every time it's used? Are there any settings I can babbify to make this thing not crash on games like VRchat or otherwise? Or is airlink just that shit?

I think it'd be really cool to get a bunch of old trashy sci fi clips together, and then a la the friend by friend system randomly pair 3 people to be the commentators, then everyone else gets to see them from an audience space.
The commentators would have the shaders make it so they look darkened same as the show too. The spirit of the event would be everyone paying attention to their quips and jokes.

Everyone can participate, you don't even need to make a gift. You will get 1 random gift just for being in it.
But for every gift you make for the event, you will get 1 extra gift.

That Nurburgring session was short lived for me and I was wondering if it was going to happen at all since the notice was so late. I was getting 85-92fps on the PTB version of SRP at night with a 70-car grid, though ASW unfortunately kicked in when I started recording this through OBS, not sure why... and I can't remember if this was an issue before or not but I will have to remember to restart Oculus each time I restart the game and re-disable ASW, I guess.

Yuki just needs to call it quits with SS after this year. If you are wanting to make an event to encompass everyone in /vrg/ and have your big happy hallmark episode then come up with something else. Half the community hates the other half and are tired of making gifts for people they only see once a year. SSs are much better off being run through inner circles. If you want a big happy christmas event then make it something low to no effort for participants, like the PNGs on a tree idea.

nta, but if the verts don't line up well you may need to subdivide some of the edges around the loop so you have more to work with. If you do, also triangulate the >4 side poly it makes for good measure
